Overview

Bow Residential is a Melbourne-based real estate company established in 2015, offering a boutique, highly personalised and ethical approach to Sales through to Property Management. This role is a Senior Property Manager position based in Victoria with a focus on managing a diverse portfolio and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of up to approximately 200 properties (depending on experience)
  • Liaise with rental providers and renters
  • Manage lease renewals and routine inspections
  • Handle arrears, rent increases and property maintenance
  • Prepare Entry and Exit Reports
  • Utilise knowledge of property management regulations (VCAT experience is noted)
Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months+ property management experience with potential for career progression
  • Senior Property Manager experience welcomed
  • Understanding of relevant Real Estate Legislation and Regulations
  • Experience with PropertyMe preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes while identifying improvement opportunities
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Valid Agent's Representative Certificate and Victorian driver's licence with a reliable car
  • Current Police Check
