Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing excellent communication between landlords and tenants, and ensuring timely rent collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of residential properties by conducting regular inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and addressing tenant inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and pursue necessary debt recovery actions.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for clients and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager in the residential leasing and property management sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, including tenancy laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving key performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
  • A current driver's license and a clear police check.
