Property Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 160-170 residential properties.

The successful candidate will have previous autonomous property management experience and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and provide impeccable customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth transactions
  • Collect rents and arrears in a timely manner
  • Organize contractors for maintenance purposes
  • Conduct condition reports and routine inspections

Requirements:

  • Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-organized and diligent approach to work
  • Driver's license and car
