Qualifications & experience

  • Casual Sales Rep Role. Servicing Baby/Kids stores in Melbourne and Victoria.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the baby products or related industry.
  • Proven ability to roll out training in every store visit
  • Strong understanding of the baby market and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Willingness to travel within Victoria
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have own ABN as this is a contracted role

  • Tasks & responsibilities

  • Weekly store visits across Melbourne and monthly visits to country Vic.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers .
  • Training team members on our product range.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help shape sell through on sales.
  • Travel extensively to meet with retailers across Melbourne.
  • Must have own car.
