About the Role

Were looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our delivery team and play a key role in a large-scale fintech transformation program.

This position is at the intersection of business and technology responsible for bridging complex requirements with practical technical execution. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and product owners to translate business intent into clear, testable, and technically sound deliverables.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and understands how to deliver in fast-paced, enterprise-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams across architecture, engineering, and product.
  • Capture, document, and communicate both functional and non-functional requirements for complex, distributed platforms.
  • Analyse and define API integrations, data flows, and dependencies across systems.
  • Support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, story writing, and sprint planning.
  • Drive clarity and alignment on scope, dependencies, and priorities across multiple teams.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy through solution validation and acceptance testing.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years experience as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst in large enterprise or fintech environments.
  • Proven experience working across microservices architectures, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery practices and SDLC processes.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical contexts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to decompose complex systems and identify dependencies.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud architectures or modern cloud-based systems.
  • Exposure to Golang, React, or full-stack delivery environments.
  • Prior experience within regulated or financial services industries.
