Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled
Full Stack Java Enterprise Developers
with strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, hands-on proficiency in building microservices, and strong leadership capabilities to mentor teams and ensure quality delivery.

8+ years in full-stack application development

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, business, and data teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Contribute hands-on in coding, designing, and developing end-to-end solutions.
  • Define, document, and develop REST API contracts for seamless client-server communication.
  • Build Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate proposed technology solutions.
  • Partner with the Tech BA to translate solution designs into technical stories and actionable development tasks.
  • Lead and mentor a development team, promoting best practices and ensuring adherence to high-quality coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to enhance code quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient software delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of comprehensive testing practices with a focus on code quality, security, and test coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across geographies to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Must Have Skills

  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-quality full-stack applications.
  • Strong expertise in
    React, Angular, Typescript, MUI (Material UI), Java, Spring Boot, and SQL
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    microservices development
    with Java/Spring Boot and Gradle.
  • Experience with
    Mockito
    for unit testing and mocking dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Cloud Native Architecture
    ,
    Microservices patterns
    ,
    CI/CD pipelines
    , and
    DevOps practices
    .
  • Strong understanding of software testing practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
