We're a well-established and rapidly scaling technology company seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take a lead role in our product and platform evolution. If you're a seasoned BA who thrives in dynamic, delivery-focused environments, and enjoys shaping digital products with meaningful business impact—this role is for you. As a BA, you'll work at the intersection of technology, product, and enterprise customers, acting as a key conduit between complex business needs and practical technical outcomes. You'll help steer the successful delivery of innovative solutions, data driven products and connected hardware, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the analysis effort across multiple simultaneous projects—at all stages of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Help drive UI / UX and adoption of new products.
  • Partner with enterprise clients to uncover business needs, use cases, and solution outcomes, especially across driver and fleet monitoring, connected vehicles, and hardware integrations.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather and validate technical and business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional specs, using tools such as BPMN (Signavio or similar), UML, wireframes, and process maps.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Data teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Support QA and UAT phases, ensuring the end solution meets defined requirements and business intent.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguity—whether in scope, design, or delivery.

What You Bring as a Senior BA

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in software product, SaaS, digital platforms, or technical delivery settings.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery environments—you speak the language of product, design, and engineering.
  • Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and enterprise clients, with clear, thoughtful communication.
  • Being the platform functionality SME with a knack for turning complex or technical ideas into structured, actionable plans and artefacts.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and common process modelling formats (BPMN, UML, wireframes, etc.).
  • Familiarity working with external customers to help shape the success of products within a complicated platform ecosystem.
  • A proactive mindset—you're comfortable operating independently, owning outcomes, and influencing delivery.
