About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technology Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and support the Origin Zero to Kraken transformation program.

In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by defining and communicating clear, testable requirements that enable seamless delivery of critical functionality.

You'll work closely with Technology, Product, and Kraken delivery teams across the full agile lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business goals and support the phased migration of customer cohorts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate complex business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders.
• Analyse end-to-end business processes to inform and support seamless solution delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for requirements and solution intent throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and support scoping and feasibility assessments.
• Identify issues early, support production readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology-led projects, with a successful track record delivering into complex system or platform transformations.
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to gather, clarify, and validate requirements across diverse business domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience working within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in process mapping (As-Is and To-Be) and using visualisation tools to support solution design and business improvement.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
• Experience documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules in collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
