About Us

At Quest Therapy Services, we're passionate about helping children and families thrive. Our multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists work collaboratively to create a fun, supportive and family-centred environment. We're now looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our growing team and be the welcoming face of our clinic.

About the Role

As our Administration Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly day-to-day. You'll manage client enquiries, bookings and documentation, while supporting our therapists and families with warmth and professionalism.

We are looking for someone who can work Thursdays and Fridays and fill the occasional day when our other admin officer is away. This role would commence early 2026.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting families and creating a welcoming clinic environment
  • Managing phone and email enquiries
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments using Splose software
  • Processing invoices, payments, and NDIS documentation
  • Supporting clinicians with report tracking and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining client records and confidentiality
  • Assisting with social media, marketing, and general office coordination
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, approachable and enjoys working with children and families
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Confident using client management software, experience in Splose a positive, and Microsoft Office
  • A team player with excellent communication skills

Experience in a healthcare or NDIS environment will be highly regarded but is not essential — we're happy to provide training for the right person with the right attitude.
