We are partnered with a Local Council on the North Side of Brisbane to recruit a Business Support Officer. This is a temporary role for 6 months.

Your new role

As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and customer service functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders across all departmental activities.
  • Supporting specialist teams with administrative and customer-facing tasks.
  • Managing the end-to-end processing of permits, licences, and registrations.
  • Triaging and allocating customer requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Assisting with the submission of licensing applications and verifying supporting documentation.
  • Coordinating bookings for council land and issuing approval documents.
