We are partnered with a Local Council on the North Side of Brisbane to recruit a Business Support Officer. This is a temporary role for 6 months.Your new role
As a Business Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and customer service functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders across all departmental activities.
- Supporting specialist teams with administrative and customer-facing tasks.
- Managing the end-to-end processing of permits, licences, and registrations.
- Triaging and allocating customer requests efficiently and accurately.
- Assisting with the submission of licensing applications and verifying supporting documentation.
- Coordinating bookings for council land and issuing approval documents.
