We're looking for a skilled and passionate pastry cook to join our croissant bakehouse team. This role focuses on producing high-quality croissants and pastries with precision and care. PLEASE NOTE SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE FOR OFFSHORE CANDIDATES

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake croissants and pastries to recipe standards.
  • Maintain product consistency and high quality.
  • Collaborate on production planning and inventory.
  • Keep a clean, food-safe work environment.
  • Contribute ideas for new pastries and seasonal items.
  • Assist with packaging and presentation for retail/wholesale.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with laminated doughs and classic pastry techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of baking ingredients, tools, and methods.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation.
  • Team player with great communication skills.
