About the role

Energy Air Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning units and systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of air conditioning equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to clients
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work carried out
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant safety standards and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an air conditioning service technician
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning systems and components
  • Ability to diagnose and rectify faults quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
