Trades Assistant – Air Conditioning

Location: Kelvin Grove or Deception Bay Depot
We're a commercial air conditioning and refrigeration company servicing hospitals, aged care, supermarkets, and industrial sites across SEQ. We're looking for a Trades Assistant to support our technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair work.
About the Role
You'll work alongside qualified refrigeration mechanics and electricians, helping to keep commercial systems running safely and efficiently. Tasks include:
- Cleaning filters, coils, and drain trays
- Assisting with installations and site setup
- Checking equipment condition and reporting issues
- General labour, lifting, and parts handling
- Keeping vehicles, tools, and sites clean and organised
About You
- Physically fit and reliable
- Hands-on with good mechanical sense
- Takes direction well and works safely
- Current driver's licence essential
- Blue Card
- White Card required
- Any experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical trades highly regarded
