What You'll Do

  • Install and commission split and ducted air conditioning systems (residential and light commercial).
  • Conduct on-site inspections and prepare accurate, detailed quotes for new installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve installation issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
  • Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (mandatory)
  • ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (mandatory – legal requirement in Australia)
  • A current driver's licence is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of air conditioning installation experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced quoting experience is required for accurate estimation and client proposals.
