Welcome to Beare Group, a family-owned electrical, air-conditioning and renewables business with a national footprint and a reputation for quality. We're looking for a driven Air-Conditioning Technician / HVAC Mechanic who wants to lead from the front, grow a team, and ultimately manage the entire division.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

  • Split-system and ducted air-conditioning installations and servicing
  • Site inspections, quotes, client communication and support
  • Quality assurance and team leadership as the division expands
  • Working closely with our electrical and renewables teams to deliver full-service solutions

You'll Need

  • Trade qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning
  • Construction white card and driver's licence
  • Excellent technical knowledge and pride in workmanship
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A leadership mindset - ready to guide, motivate and grow a team
  • Experience as a sole trader or team leader (preferred but not essential)
