About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is available at our Port Kennedy clinic, with potential cross-site collaboration at Armadale. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, managing high volumes of calls and appointments, while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and compassion.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience as a medical imaging receptionist (essential)
  • Warm, professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Prior experience in radiology or healthcare reception (highly regarded)
  • MRI booking experience (highly regarded)
