Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Specialist, located in Sydney, NSW, with some work from home acceptable. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, managing network security, providing information technology support, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and maintaining network systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring security protocols are enforced, and assisting clients with IT-related inquiries and problems.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Network Administration and Information Technology
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Network Security
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as M365, Azure, and Dynamics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
