What You'll Do

Lead with Purpose

  • Inspire and support Team Leaders, Career Coaches, and Employment Specialists to deliver outstanding participant outcomes.

Drive Performance

  • Manage regional KPIs and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred services across all ESA sites.

Shape Strategy

  • Develop and execute regional plans that build sustainable employment pathways and respond to local labour market needs.

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Engage confidently with employers, community organisations, and key government stakeholders to champion inclusive employment.

Own Your Region

  • Join a collaborative, innovative leadership team dedicated to continuous improvement and sector growth.

What You'll Bring

  • A strategic, curious, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proven experience in Disability or Employment Services (IEA, DES, NDIS, Workforce Australia).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and represent the organisation professionally.
  • High-level analytical skills - confident in interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and driving performance improvements.
