• WA operations now require a Regional Manager to lead growth and positive change.

• As Regional Manager, you'll lead the transformation of the WA operation (4 locations) with oversight of 51 staff members including 27 clerical and 24 clinical team members to drive performance and growth.​
• Working within a collaborative, relationship-focused culture where the most effective regional managers build strong partnerships with clinical teams, practice managers, and doctor groups to drive both operational excellence and professional satisfaction.
• You'll drive operational excellence through weekly performance analysis, identifying opportunities to optimise capacity utilisation, improve scan volumes per day, and implement process improvements.
• Managing and developing practice managers across each clinic location, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to empower them to drive individually successful businesses whilst maintaining group standards and culture.
• Implementing marketing strategies in collaboration with the Business Development Manager, providing direction on referrer relationship development and ensuring alignment between clinical capabilities and market opportunities.
• Coordinating with East Coast leadership to communicate progress, insights, and requirements whilst maintaining finger-on-the-pulse awareness of local market conditions and competitive dynamics.
• Leading change management initiatives to modernise processes, improve staff engagement, and drive performance improvements whilst respecting the professional expertise and autonomy of clinical teams.

• Previous exposure to healthcare operations, understanding of medical professional dynamics, or experience in professional services businesses where relationship management and consultative approaches drive success rather than pure KPI-driven management styles.
