Zoomlion Australia & New Zealand is experiencing rapid growth across the construction and heavy equipment market. To support this momentum, we are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Western Australian operations. This role requires a commercially driven leader who can strengthen our market presence, elevate team performance and deliver consistent sales and pipeline growth across the region.

What you'll do

Lead Regional Growth & Sales Performance

  • Own the WA sales strategy, forecasting and budget delivery across machinery, service and aftersales
  • Build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring strong activity levels and accurate reporting
  • Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring team accountability and supporting strategic deal closure
  • Engage directly with key customers, tenders and major accounts to secure new opportunities and expand market share

Lead and Develop the Regional Team

  • Manage and mentor sales, service and support staff across the WA branch
  • Build a performance-based culture with clear KPIs, development plans and regular coaching
  • Support recruitment as the region grows, ensuring capability aligns with business needs
  • Champion safety, operational standards and customer experience across all functions

Operational & Commercial Management

  • Oversee day-to-day regional operations including service delivery, logistics and branch performance
  • Work closely with national leadership on budgeting, forecasting, pricing and commercial approvals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and product positioning
  • Ensure the region meets profitability targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction

What you bring

  • Proven success leading regional or state-level teams within capital equipment, construction machinery or related industrial sectors
  • Strong ability to manage pipelines, drive sales performance and close complex deals
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets
  • High level of accountability, resilience and adaptability in a fast-growing organisation
  • The ability to travel on occasion

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of application
