Regional Manager – Perth

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + travel allowance

Location: Perth (Hybrid start, office & remote)

Reports to: State Manager

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to step into a newly created Regional Manager role overseeing four dental practices across Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to take ownership of operational excellence, staff support, and patient experience across multiple locations.

About the Role:

Initially, the role will have a hybrid focus, working in a call centre-style capacity—handling incoming calls, booking appointments, and supporting patients. As the position grows, you will take a strategic leadership role across all practices, liaising closely with Practice Managers, Dentists, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple practices
  • Support and mentor Practice Managers and staff
  • Communicate effectively with Dentists to ensure smooth workflow
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, patient queries, and service quality
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Travel between practices as required (car and travel allowance provided)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, and safety standards

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a multi-site dental or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable liaising with Dentists, staff, and patients
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work autonomously
  • Comfortable travelling between practices in Perth
