This role is a newly created position due to the growth in our insurance division and is three days per week.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Insurance Broker Assistant to support our Senior Broker in delivering outstanding service to a portfolio of Commercial and Domestic clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with renewals, remarketing policies, endorsements, cancellations, and client declarations
  • Collaborate with clients and brokers to deliver a high level of service
  • Assist in managing and processing insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including client enquiries and preparing essential documentation

About You

You are a motivated, detail focused team player who is passionate about helping clients. You may already have industry experience or be looking to start your career in insurance.

You will bring:

  • A passion for delivering excellent client service.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Tier 1 or 2 Broking qualification or a willingness to gain this qualification
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Domestic insurance products (not essential)
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Be familiar with online insurer platforms (not essential)
