Are you the type of person who loves being the organiser, the problem-solver, and the go-to for getting things done? At ARMA Insurance Brokers, we're looking for a skilled Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with leadership to make a real impact.
About Us
At ARMA, we're not your average insurance brokerage. We're part of the Community Broker Network (CBN), which means we have national strength with a strong local presence. From farms to family homes, tradies to large businesses, we're passionate about protecting what matters most to our clients.
We're also a business that's growing fast here in the Hunter Valley, and we want an Executive Assistant who's ready to grow with us.
The Opportunity
This isn't a back-office admin role, it's a chance to be at the centre of our executive office, working directly with the CEO and senior leaders. You'll manage schedules, coordinate board meetings, prepare presentations, and support key projects that shape the future of our business.
Every day will be different, and you'll play a big part in keeping our executive team focused, organised, and moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Keep the CEO and Executive Team on track with well-managed calendars and meetings
- Prepare polished board papers, reports, and presentations
- Capture accurate minutes and manage confidential documents
- Be the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support special projects with research, analysis, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bring order, structure, and efficiency to everything you touch
About You
You're not just organised, you're three steps ahead. You love creating systems, solving problems, and making life easier for the people you support. You're confident, professional, and know how to get things done with discretion and care.
Australian work rights are essential for this position.

- Culture – supportive, professional, and people-first
- Growth – be part of a fast-growing business with opportunities to develop
