Farm Services HR (QLD) Pty Ltd is part of one of the biggest strawberry growers in Queensland. We have grown rapidly over the last three years and strive to one day be the biggest strawberry grower and distributor in Australia.
We are a family owned and operated company and employ workers in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia all performing their part to help us succeed in our yearly goals.
About the role
We are searching for an experienced Office Administration to work out of our South Australian office. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
· General Office Administration, including document management, drafting of letters and emails, record keeping, purchasing, invoicing and account management
· Cost reporting and preparation of financial reports
· Tracking day to day sales to all customers
· Chasing up all sales documentation such as Consignments Notes, PO's and POD's
· Issuing invoices to all customers in conjunction with the day to day sales and following up payment of those invoices when/if needed.
· Creating sales and invoicing reports for Management Team
· Follow all instructions from Management and complete all tasks required
Skills required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and exceptional attention to detail
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills including understanding formulas and more detailed features of Excel
· Previous experience with account software Xero or ability to learn the software
· Experience working in similar roles
· Exceptional time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to liaise with all levels of the business
· Ability to follow instructions and be able to complete required tasks within the allocated timeframe
· Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
· Able to work unsupervised
