Your new role

This organisation is looking for a Logistics / Transport Administrator to support the day-to-day management of our heavy vehicle fleet, contractors, and logistics administration functions in South Australia.

Duties include:

  • Support in managing our heavy vehicle, subcontractor drivers, and employee compliance records across multiple systems
  • Process purchase orders, payments, payroll cycles and contractor payments in SAP.
  • Maintain and update records for vehicle servicing, licences, E-tags, fuel cards, PPE/uniform orders, and registrations.
  • Track and report fuel usage and manage recharge processes.
  • Support with internal and external queries promptly.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry, approvals and reporting
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance logistics efficiency and organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly manner
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Experience in reception or administration is helpful but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Xero and XPM is an advantage.
  • Strong experience with SAP (essential) and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
