About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Manager
to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in Singapore. This role is responsible for demand planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, vendor management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and proven experience in building a resilient, cost-efficient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's growth and operational goals.
- Plan and forecast supply needs based on sales trends, customer demand, and business expansion plans.
- Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage sourcing, negotiation, and contract agreements with suppliers and vendors.
- Build strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement meets quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
3. Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost and service levels.
- Implement best practices for warehouse and inventory control (FIFO, cycle counts, stock audits).
4. Logistics & Distribution
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery operations.
- Optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
- Ensure timely delivery to customers and business partners across Singapore and the APAC region.
5. Process Improvement & Systems
- Review and enhance supply chain workflows, SOPs, and operational processes.
- Leverage systems such as ERP/WMS/TMS to improve visibility and efficiency.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in supply chain when applicable.
6. Risk & Compliance
- Monitor supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain strong governance in safety, quality, and operational control.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment.
- Support new product launches, market expansion, and operational projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, logistics, and demand planning.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing / logistics / e-commerce / FMCG / hardware(可按你的行业调整)
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- APICS / CSCP / PMP certifications are a plus
- Experience managing regional supply chain in APAC
