Job Description

The Senior Supply Chain Lead is responsible for strategic supply planning that anticipates market demand, maximises resource utilisation, and ensures timely stock delivery to Field Service Providers. This role analyses trends to align supply plans with business objectives while optimising inventory levels and overseeing accurate stock management. Working closely with procurement, logistics, and operations, the role ensures stock availability supports efficient service delivery. The Senior Supply Chain Lead also drives continuous improvement of supply chain systems to enhance delivery performance, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the development and execution of supply and demand planning models.
  • Support long-term forecasting and inventory allocation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on capacity risks and deployment constraints.
  • Collaborate with field operations to ensure alignment between planning and execution.

Operational Execution

  • Manage day-to-day supply chain operations including inventory movement, vendor coordination, and deployment readiness.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting deployment timelines or inventory availability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key liaison between Supply Chain and other departments including Operations, Customer Delivery, Sales, and IT.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and field service providers.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and customer reviews as required.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ISO accreditations, and internal policies.
  • Support reporting and analysis of supply chain metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in preparation for audits, stocktakes, and performance reviews.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at Intellihub by complying with all relevant policies and procedures (Mandatory accountability for all staff)
Qualifications
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in managing large-scale infrastructure deployment or maintenance programs.
  • Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in supply chain planning, deployment, and inventory management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify effective solutions and facilitate productive discussions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is preferred.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in other supply chain planning tools is an advantage.
