SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Who are we?

Industrie Clothing was founded in 1999 and is now an institution in Australian men's clothing. We focus on producing modern, practical and instinctively masculine clothing for every man.

We pride ourselves on sourcing the best fabric and trims from around the world and creating garments you can easily piece together for complete looks. With over 120 stores throughout Australia including concession locations and wholesale, there is bound to be a location near you

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and optimise supply chain management for a leading Australian retailer with international growth
  • Devise strategies to drive growth in international markets through demand planning
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency across the group
  • Establish and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally with product development, finance, merchandise planning and warehouse teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless operations
  • Review and negotiate contracts for international and local delivery providers, including reviewing service level agreements (SLAs) and rate cards.
  • Motivate and manage a small logistics team

What we're looking for:

  • Proven track record in supply chain or logistics within FMCG or retail
  • Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to balance detail and big picture thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects with a customer centric focus
  • Passion to continually improve and enhance processes, people and operations
  • Advanced excel and Power BI preferrable
  • Systems experience using Apparel 21
