THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Planning Analyst to join in our Macquarie Park, Sydney office.

Reporting to the Supply Planning and Strategy Manager , your main responsibility will be to ensure the timely and efficient availability of products by developing data-driven supply plans, optimising inventory levels, and coordinating with key stakeholders to meet demand forecasts while minimizing coasts and disruptions.

We employ a hybrid work set up with flexible working options and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts to ensure timely product availability.


• Analyse inventory levels and supply data to adjust replenishment strategies, preventing stockouts and overstock situations


• Collaborate with the Regional supply chain team and logistics team to align supply capacity with market demand and business goals.


• Leverage planning tools and ERP systems to generate accurate supply forecasts and optimize inventory management.


• Perform root cause analysis of supply chain issues and recommend corrective actions to improve lead times and overall efficiency


• Prepare regular reports on supply performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery and stock levels.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and reduce operational costs

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or a related supply chain function.


• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to use data to adjust supply plans and optimize inventory management.


• Experience working cross-functionally with production, logistics, sales and marketing to align supply plans with business needs.


• Ability to generate insights and recommendations from data to enhance performance and resolve issues proactively.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and ERP system (e.g. SAP/MS Dynamics/Infor ERP)
