Are you an experienced Electrical Manager looking to join a well-respected industry leader and take the reins in driving their business into the future?

Your Challenge

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, leading the engineering and workshop teams, and helping drive the growth of the business. You'll make sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with compliance, while delivering great service along the way.

You'll bring solid industry knowledge from the mining sector; whether that's open cut or underground operations; and use your electrical engineering expertise to provide practical guidance across projects. This role is a mix of hands-on engineering, team leadership, and commercial thinking, so no two days will ever be the same.

You're someone who naturally builds strong relationships and enjoys working closely with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. And if you have experience using CAD software to design electrical systems and create technical drawings, that will be a big advantage

About youYou're a self-starter who leads by example, with proven experience in the mining, industrial, or heavy engineering sector.

Ideally, you've worked in a similar role before and have a solid understanding of mining electrical standards, compliance, and safety requirements.

You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
