Product Sales Coordinator

THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced Product Sales Co-ordinator, who will be responsible for ensuring new and existing clients are regularly contacted and are kept up to date with Kenshaw's product range. Using your extensive knowledge of sales, you will be responsible for maximising sales and services offered by Kenshaw across our different business units.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide excellent customer service to all Kenshaw's internal and external customers
· Build strong and robust relationships with new and existing customers
· Achieve product sales targets and keep abreast of Kenshaw products and services
· Respond to all enquires professionally and quickly
· Provide timely preparation and processing of customer orders
· Ensure all administration is processed in a timely manner
· Identify new products and ways we can be more innovative in our sales approach
· Liaise with suppliers
· Attend sales and technical training as required
· Provide feedback and reports on product sales
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
· Experience in electric motors or trades-based environment (desirable)
· Minimum 3 years' industry experience in electric motor & related product sales
· Strong customer relationship management and negotiating skills
· Must be able to work in Microsoft suite and sales related software
· Demonstrate a professional, happy, self- motivated and can-do attitude
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Have a high attention to detail
· Enjoy working closely with a team across different departments
· Current Drivers Licence
