We're hiring
two motivated Administrative Assistants
to support our Director and teams across
Strategy, Admissions, and Marketing
.

  • 1 role
    : Filipino Speaker (Australia & Philippines focus)
  • 1 role
    : Bahasa Speaker (Australia & Indonesia focus)

These positions will help us grow our brand, support students, and drive our global expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Advise and enrol international students into Australian education providers
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Support marketing activities and campaigns
  • Process applications, course changes, and student documents
  • Manage invoices, payments, and records
  • Coordinate with the team to build our reputation among international students

What We're Looking For

  • Strong admin and organisational skills
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing (required)
  • Admin/education/marketing experience (preferred)
  • Fluency in Filipino or Bahasa (required depending on role)
  • Must have Australian work rights

Contract

  • 12-month fixed-term, part-time
