This growing NFP Education Organisation is recruiting for a newly created Domestic Admissions Coordinator. The Coordinator also supports continuous

improvement initiatives and plays a key role in training and supporting admissions staff.

This newly created role is representative of growth in the Domestic Student market and would suit candidates who are comfortable working in a continously improving environment.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Efficiently process applications, make decisions on eligibility, and issue offer letters for all UNSW College programs, including those received through Universities Admissions Centre (UAC).
  • Provide accurate admissions advice, information, interpretation and application of relevant policies.
  • Support the configuration, maintenance, and user testing of admissions systems, including StudyLink and UAC portals, to ensure accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and refining admissions processes to enhance operational efficiency and alignment with best practice.
  • Promote and maintain a strong customer service culture.
