About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Student Success Officers to join our expanding team.
This role goes beyond reception — you'll manage enrolments, streamline communication between students, parents, and teachers, and contribute to delivering world-class academic programs.
If you already have student services, customer service, or admin experience, this is your chance to upskill and grow into more senior responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the trusted first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
- Oversee student recruitment, enrolment processes, and record management.
- Coordinate timetables, consultations, and events across campuses.
- Support program delivery by ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on academic programs and resolve enquiries efficiently.
- Assist with student success initiatives, marketing, and community engagement.
- Contribute to daily campus operations and continuous improvement.
Work Hours
- Monday to Friday: between 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (depending on operational needs)
- Saturday to Sunday: between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (depending on operational needs)
- Flexibility required depending on full-time, part-time, or casual arrangement.
What We Offer
- Full-time salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per annum (based on experience)
- Part-time / Casual rates: $26 – $32 per hour

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in student services, administration, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (multilingual skills highly regarded)
- Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and student management/database systems
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Commitment to student success and organisational excellence
- Valid work rights in Australia (citizenship, PR, or visa)
