About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Manager to lead the operational delivery, academic coordination, and student engagement functions of The Princeton Review Australia's (TPRA) Program Service Offerings (PSO), with a particular focus on the US Pathway Programs (USPP). This leadership role is central to driving enrolment growth, ensuring high-quality education delivery, and enhancing the overall student experience, while contributing to TPRA's broader strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise and coordinate the delivery of TPRA's educational programs including SAT, AP, GRE, GMAT, and USPP offerings
  • Ensure consistent delivery and operational efficiency across scheduling, tutoring assignments, logistics, and reporting
  • Formulate and implement academic policies and student success frameworks in line with quality standards to enhance student satisfaction and program effectiveness
  • Provides guidance to staff on program delivery and operational standards
  • Lead and manage the College Admissions Counsellor (CAC) team, providing training, setting KPIs, and ensuring consistent quality outcomes
  • Build trusted relationships with parents, guardians, education agents, and internal teams to strengthen long-term engagement
  • Integrate feedback from students, parents, and staff into continuous program improvement
  • Coordinate across academic, operational, marketing, and enrolment teams to ensure seamless program execution
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrolment and retention, working in collaboration with marketing and admissions
  • Monitor enrolment trends and work with the marketing and admissions teams to support student retention and growth
  • Manage and support the training, rostering, and performance of teaching staff and College Admission Counsellors (CAC)
  • Conduct academic check-ins and report on student performance, progress, and challenges
  • Coordinate and participate in student and parent-facing events, seminars, workshops and information sessions for students and parents
  • Contribute to interdepartmental collaboration and strategic leadership meetings

Skills & Experience – What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum Bachelor level qualification in Education, Educational Management, or a related field OR at least three years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience in managing educational programs or services
  • Demonstrated experience in academic program operations or student services in an educational setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage academic staff and student programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with students and families
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and workflows in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of curriculum planning, student support frameworks, and operational workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions
