Are you a sales professional with a passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow? We're looking for a dynamic Franchise Growth Executive to drive adoption of innovative marketing solutions across leading enterprise restaurant franchise groups.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong media or QSR account management experience, and loves building relationships that deliver measurable results.

This will initially be offered as a contract position, with the intention to convert into full-time employment.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full sales cycle with franchisees – from outreach and pitching through to execution and campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to design and implement marketing strategies that educate and engage franchisees.
  • Conduct direct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive product adoption.
  • Lead engaging webinars, training sessions, and presentations for franchise owners.
  • Develop scalable sales strategies to reach a high volume of independent customers.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers within franchise networks.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in high-volume sales or account management.
  • A proven record of exceeding revenue targets and closing deals within short cycles.
  • Strong background in Digital Media, Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting campaign reports and leading strategic discussions.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Google Workspace) preferred.
  • Experience in QSR, eCommerce, or Last Mile Delivery industries a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in changing environments.
