Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Sales Growth Associate to power the engine of our sales department. This role is central to optimizing our core sales channels by driving performance analysis, enhancing sales enablement, and executing key growth initiatives. You will be the linchpin between strategy and execution, working to refine our processes, amplify our training, and accelerate revenue growth across the board.

We're seeking a diligent, fast-learning, and results-driven candidate who can thrive and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance & Operational Excellence:

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics across all channels to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own the development and continuous refinement of sales enablement tools, including telesales scripts, objection-handling guides, and training playbooks.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operational needs, tools, and reporting to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.

2. Channel Partner Enablement & Training:

  • Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs for our network of channel partners and internal tele sales.
  • Facilitate dynamic training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and the effective use of our sales resources to drive performance.
  • Plan and execute partner engagement events—from virtual webinars to in-person workshops—to educate, motivate, and strengthen our channel relationships.
  • Act as a key point of contact for partner queries, providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure they are fully equipped to represent KPay effectively.

3. Sales Strategy & Growth Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales playbooks and strategies based on data-driven insights and frontline feedback.
  • Conceive and host sales-focused events (e.g., industry meetups, partner summits, product demo days) to generate qualified leads, boost brand presence, and foster a vibrant sales community.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of events, including logistics, content creation, promotion, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously iterate on sales processes and compensation structures to maximize team performance and scalability.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management:

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to align sales initiatives with company goals and ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from new tool implementations to event rollouts, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • A first-round case study is required.
  • No prior experience needed—we value a strong work ethic, passion, and a willingness to learn above all.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and hosting events, both virtually and in-person.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data; proficiency in Excel and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Language skills are a bonus, but English is the primary working language.
