About the role

As a valued member of our office based team located in Bourke Street, you will have the opportunity to actively assist people achieve their home ownership goals, by delivering pro-active, empathetic customer service.

Your conveyancing experience and knowledge of end to end residential mortgage settlements and settlement verification will enable you to take ownership, and run your own residential property files from start to finish.

MSA National's own in-house, purpose built workflow management system provides the highest level of automation and functionality, ensuring you are supported by industry leading processes and procedures.

Your duties will involve:

  • Checking executed mortgage documentation.
  • Online searches.
  • Managing communication with key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers', Solicitors and major Australian banks.
  • Managing disbursements and certifying files.
  • Managing both attended and PEXA settlements.

About you

This role requires a professional, confident and highly organised person to take ownership of mortgage files.

To be successful in this fast paced role, you will possess the following:

  • At least 3-5 years end to end Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing experience within a fast-paced, high volume environment, working within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • You will be an outstanding communicator with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks.
  • Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Intermediate MS office skills.
  • An acute eye for detail.
