The opportunity
HWLE is looking for a full time Senior Paralegal to join our Melbourne Banking & Finance team working alongside Partner Elpis Korosidis. Elpis acts predominantly for non-bank lenders in in the real estate finance space including acquisition finance, project & construction finance. Elpis prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and doing what she can to support and encourage her team to reach their full potential. As a result, she is recruiting paralegals to join her high performing team.
You'll be busy with
- drafting meticulous legal documents
- settling loans through the electronic conveyancing platform
- developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- proficiency in PEXA
- experience with real estate finance and loan settlements
- a strong commitment to client service
- the ability to manage volume and competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail
