We are seeking a motivated Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in family law and exposure to other areas of law to join our team.

As a Family Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for representing clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and support. You will also have the opportunity to work on cases in other legal areas, providing a well-rounded legal experience. Your role will involve advising clients, drafting legal documents, and advocating in court while ensuring the highest level of client service.

Key Responsibilities -

Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, parenting arrangements, property settlements, child support, and intervention orders.

Prepare, draft, and review legal documents such as affidavits, consent orders, financial agreements, and court applications.

Appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and other jurisdictions as required, advocating effectively on behalf of clients.

Manage client files from initial consultation through to resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with professional and ethical obligations.

Engage in negotiation and mediation to achieve constructive and cost-effective outcomes for clients.

Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated support on matters intersecting with other areas of law (e.g., property, commercial, or criminal law).

Maintain strong client relationships by providing clear communication, regular updates, and empathetic guidance.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's processes and actively participate in team meetings, professional development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
