About you:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
• Minimum 3 years post-trade experience in a busy kitchen environment
• HACCP knowledge
• Commitment to high standards of food quality, safety and hygiene
• Ability to work efficiently, cleanly and collaboratively whilst under pressure

Your day looks like:

• Creating and consistently delivering delicious high-quality dishes
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen at all times
• Working closely with front of house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
