Our client, a global finance firm is looking for a Corporate Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join their high performing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time role on-site for a Corporate Receptionist located in Sydney, CBD.

The Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, assisting with events and performing administrative duties. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Receptionist Duties and Administrative Skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
