We are hiring an
Industrial Automation Sales Manager
to expand Delta's presence in Australia and New Zealand market, develop new customers and partnerships, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, and increase business in Industrial Automation (IA) territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain key business relationships with existing clients and channels.
  • Mature Delta's new & existing channel partners to assist in converting target downstream clients to Delta and assist with application and sales support where required.
  • Work closely with existing partners to drive end-to-end sales process and acquire new business through product adoption strategies.
  • Support channels in identifying and executing specific strategies targeted at adopting downstream resellers and integrator partners per vertical market or product tiers to accelerate company growth.
  • Recommend or approve budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development, automation, and integration costs for clients.
  • Survey the new partners to penetrate in process automation market
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals to ensure alignment with business goals and individual development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture through regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

Key requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Automation Control engineering.
  • With at least 5 years working experience in sales and marketing capacity with Industrial Automation products : Industrial automation, Inverter(preferred), Servo(preferred), PLC, HMI, Controller
  • 5 to 10 years hands on machine automation or process automation experience
  • With at least 5 years working experience in Industry Automation company(ABB, Schneider, Omron, Danfoss, Mitsubishi, YASKAWA, Rockwell)
  • Solid industry knowledge, ability of drawing Industry Map for setting up approaching strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams within the industrial automation sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive team performance toward strategic objectives

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker.
  • Possess a good understanding of Industrial Automation Products.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in Industrial Automation industry and achieving stipulated objectives and goals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (Oral & written in
    English
    ).
  • Fluent English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
