Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Office Administrative Manager & Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations, light bookkeeping, and inventory coordination. This is a multi-tasking role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment follow-up
- Support inventory recordkeeping and stock checks
- Help maintain internal records and supplier documentation
- Provide ad hoc support to management and project teams, including customer communication, parcel packing & receiving, etc.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Willingness to learn financial and inventory systems (e.g. Xero, Sortly, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience in administrative or accounts support roles
- Familiarity with bookkeeping or inventory platforms
