We're looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in OpenShift, Automation, and GitOps to join our growing team. This is a hands on role where you'll contribute to technology strategy, solution design, sales, demonstrations and delivery across enterprise-grade platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for OpenShift architecture, deployment, and operations.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Champion GitOps methodologies using ArgoCD, Flux, or similar tools to drive declarative infrastructure and application delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales and pre-sales teams to develop customer solutions that address business and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement across internal teams and client engagements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership, workshops, and technical documentation.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing OpenShift on cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure automation and configuration management.
  • Practical knowledge of GitOps tools and practices.
  • Strong scripting and coding skills (e.g., Bash, Python, YAML).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives from concept to delivery.
