I'm looking for an experienced Marketing & CX Automation Manager to take the reins on all things HubSpot – from lead nurture and onboarding journeys to customer engagement and service automation.

Key Details:

Role: Marketing & CX Automation Manager (HubSpot)

Reporting into: CMO

Location Melbourne based (CBD) | Hybrid (4/1)

Salary: $120k–$130k + super (dependent on experience)

About the role:

  • Own the journey – You'll lead the design and optimisation of 1:1 customer comms across the full lifecycle.

  • HubSpot at the core – Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs are all in play. You'll be the go-to expert.

  • High-impact projects – Think new product launches, broker channel rollouts, AI experimentation, and more.

  • Tight-knit team – Work alongside a collaborative marketing crew (design, UX, performance, brand) and report directly to the CMO.

  • Visibility & variety – You'll work cross-functionally with sales, tech, data, and customer service teams.

Ideal candidate:

  • Level of seniority / years of experience: 6+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or related fields.

  • HubSpot pro – You know your way around workflows, data structures, integrations and automation design. HubSpot experience is essential

  • CX mindset – Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing automation platforms and customer journey management.

  • Analytical & experimental – You love testing, learning and iterating to improve performance.

  • Industry savvy – Experience in financial services, telco or utilities is a bonus. Having experience in a regulated environment will be highly beneficial.

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, finance, advertising, or similar field. At minimum bachelor's in marketing.

  • Hands-on & humble – No big egos here. Just smart, curious people who get things done.
