Our company is a family owned leading Australian Manufacturer and national provider of Assistive Technology. This includes wheelchairs, power assist devices, vehicle solutions, recreational and manual handling equipment. For over 40 years now, Mobility Plus has been manufacturing custom designed, Australian Made manual wheelchairs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, outgoing and empathetic individual who can offer excellent customer service and administration support to our sales team. This is a role that offers a high level of autonomy within a supportive team environment.

Prior knowledge of assistive technology/rehabilitation equipment or the Disability Sector would be advantageous however not essential.

This position is full time based at our accessible Fairfield location however as a workplace that supports diversity and inclusion, we are open to more flexible hours. This may include fewer or shorter days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and developing rapport with all clients, therapists and visitors
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing to the appropriate team member
  • Provide support to the Technical Sales team
  • General administration and office duties as required
  • Ensuring correspondence with clients and stakeholders is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support/Attend Trade Shows when required

Skills and criteria for the role include:

  • Self-driven with a friendly manner
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Have a remarkable eye for detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • The successful applicant must be willing to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening application
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or administration role is advantageous
  • Exo experience is desirable (CRM and Job Costing modules)
