About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of home appliances to help customers find the best solutions.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, with upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our system.
  • Collaborate with the sales, inventory, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your knowledge and sales skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (appliance retail, general retail, or call centres preferred).
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong product knowledge with the ability to sell consultatively and close deals effectively.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a focus on results.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, delivering high-quality work at all times.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a growth mindset to succeed within the role.
