SHINY is now seeking a full-time **Customer Service Manager** to fill a vacant position.

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- A tertiary qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill; bilingual capability in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is highly advantageous
- Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills, with the ability to multitask
- At least 3 years of proven experiences as Customer Service Manager
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage relationships between the company and customers
- Develop, implement, supervise and review customer service strategy, plan and policies
- Develop, implement, supervise and review after-sales plans, policies and procedures for handling complaints, product returns, and refunds
- Organise, motivate and supervise customer service staff
- Coordinate with personnel from other departments to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction
- Maintain excellent communication with customers
- Provide after-sales support to customers as needed

The annual salary is $70,000 to $85,000 per annum plus all statutory welfares.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred)
