Now, we're looking for Customer Service Superstars to join our high-performing Contact Centre based in Tullamarine.

These roles are initially offered as 6-month fixed-term contracts, with a view to permanency.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling customer orders, tracking deliveries, answering technical queries, and processing payments via phone, email, and webchat.
  • Problem-solving and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment where exceptional performance is celebrated.

The details:

  • Monthly Rotating Roster: 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (plus a half-hour lunch break).
  • Based at our Tullamarine location with free onsite parking.
  • Full induction commencing 20th October 2025 to set you up for success. You must be available to start on this date.
